The Eagle has Landed.

That's because you shot him with a stone you big meanie.  It is also because David's Knockdown is now available on the iTunes App Store!  We are so stoked that it is finally out, so check it out, give us a iTunes review (this helps us hugely) then leave us a comment here to let us know what you liked and what you reckon we should put in the next version.

Now that version 1.0 is finally released, we are gearing up for the first update. We are currently working on the next area, which will have another 7 levels to play through and a bunch of new predators.  It's set beside a river, looking a little something like this:

So if you have any awesome ideas about what kind of predator targets would be cool here, leave us a comment, and you never know, they might just make it into the game!

All the hard work

Well we got the big green light from Apple on David's Knockdown, and we can now say with confidence that you will be able to purchase it from the App Store on November the 27th.  So that's the easy part over with, developing a game and all, now comes the hard part, getting it out there and known.  If anyone has any good ideas on how we can spread the word that there is now a cool new Christian game available for your iPhone/iPod Touch... let us know!  Any cool stunts that would rival SEGA's spud dive?

Inspiration

We just got back from AnimFX - a really cool animation, film, effects and games conference in Wellington NZ. It was inspiring to meet with people who are at the top of their respective crafts, both in NZ and abroad. Along with learning a lot about how to get our message out there, it challenged me to set my sights high, and not just settle for OK.  

A huge form of inspiration for the creation and development of A Little BC, was the guys from Veggie Tales. I love that they are about entertainment of the highest standards, both within Christian circles and beyond. Their 3D animations were (and still are!) some of the best quality out there. Inspirational, funny, amazing looking and great stories.  I love that they have forged their own path, not followed in anybody's footsteps.
